Equity funds to defray costs associated with re-permitting the Eastanollee Creek Wastewater Treatment Facility from a capacity of 1.45 million gallons per day to 2.0 million gallons allowing 320 available acres in the Hayestone-Brady Industrial Park to be developed along Hwy 17 in Stephens County. The scope of work includes a Watershed Assessment, an Antidegradation Analysis, an Environmental Information Document and a Design Development Report. Currently, the Eastanollee Creek facility also serves the Meadowbrook Industrial Park and the Stephens County Industrial Park. The wastewater facility was upgraded in 1999 and designed to process 2.0 million gallons, but only permitted for 1.45 million gallons. According to the application, permitting was based on current, rather than future usage. Full development of the 320-acre Hayestone-Brady Industrial Park would have a significant and positive regional employment impact.

Total Budgeted Project Cost: $337,341
