This park will be located on Highway 243 north of the City of Gordon and contain five commercial tracts ranging from 1.9 acres tp 5.5 acres. The proposed Fall Line Freeway will lie on the north boundary of the park.

Equity funds to assist with the cost of an engineering feasibility study for the development of a 1,000 acre+ regional industrial park at the future intersection of Highway 441 & the Fall Line Freeway. The applicant's strategy, taking advantage of a major, proposed highway in rural Georgia, is an excellent example of collaboration and a regional vision for the future.
