EDGE funds to assist with site preparation costs to support the location of a 300,000 SF manufacturing facility for Nichicha USA on a 59.566-acre tract in the Airport South Industrial Park. The Authority has applied on behalf of Nichiha USA, Inc., a leader in the worldwide fiber cement industry founded in Japan. This project is in competition with Charlotte, North Carolina. The proposed manufacturing facility will create 100 new full-time permanent jobs within two years.
