E 9-1-1 funds to assist with the construction/renovation of a regional E 9-1-1 center that will be housed on the first floor of the Clay County Sheriff's Deapartment in addition to the purchase of equipment to serve the 5,955 residents of these two Tier 1 counties (Clay, Quitman.) There will be one new position created with a total E 9-1-1 staff of five.
