Equity funds for construction of Phase I of the Phenomenon Trail, a multi-use hiking and biking trail that will link Bagby State Park and Meadow Link Golf Course with the Walter F. George Dam at the Mayhaw Pond. The completed trail will further link to the Frontier Village in Fort Gaines. Phase I will cover three of the proposed seven-miles of the trail. The trail will be used for walking, bicycling, nature enthusiasts, bird watching, fishing, wildlife viewing, etc.
