Description:
EDGE funds to assist with facility acquisition of the 158,000 SF Ball Building for a new company, Ice House America, LLC, located in Moultrie. This new company manufactures a retail ice vending system. Moultrie, Colquitt County is in competition with Jacksonville, Florida. The project will create 48 new jobs within the first year, expanding to 91 jobs by the end of the second year and increasing to 157 jobs by the end of the third year.
