Capitalizing on a strategic location, the park is approximately one mile from the Ga Hwy 300 and Interstate Hwy 75 interchange. Improvements include 7600 LF 10-inch sewer main, 15,988 LF of 12-inch water line, fire hydrants, 7,395 LF of 6-inch sewer force main and sewer pump station.
