Equity funds for a feasibility study that will serve to identify and determine whether it is viable to have two mega ramp locations on Lake Hartwell. The primary purpose of this project is to promote tourism through the attraction of fishing tournaments. The proposed mega ramp locations on Lake Hartwell are in Gum Branch/ Hart County and Tugaloo State Park/ Franklin County.
