EDGE funds to assist with the purchase of equipment that will support Flint River Foods, LLC, a new company that freezes and cans vegetables for Glory Foods and New Era Canning. The company will occupy the former Birds Eye Facility. Montezuma, Macon County is in competition with South Carolina. The project will create 170 new jobs within five years.
