Equity funds to purchase a new laser system for the metal fabrication sector of Southern Perfection Fabrication Holdings, Inc., (SPF) located in Byron, Peach County. SPF, founded in 1982, is a family-owned business that manufactures metal racks and other items used primarily in the bakery and automotive industries. Building renovations by owners to accommodate the new equipment will allow capacity to break into new markets and better service current clients, including Lowe’s, Wal-Mart, Sara Lee, and Blue Bird Bus Company. SPF currently has 20 jobs and commits to create 30 jobs in 2 years.
