Equity funds for assistance with the construction of sewer improvements in the 148-acre Pike County Industrial Park. The park is located in the southwest section of the city of Zebulon approximately 1.6 miles south of the intersection of U.S. Highway 19 and Georgia Highway 18. The DA has support from the surrounding counties (Upson, Lamar, Meriwehter and Spalding) for this project. These infrastructure improvements will provide employment opportunities for the region. The DA has spent $1.25 million to date on land and improvements to the park.
