Equity funds to assist with the expansion of Tolleson Lumber Company, Inc. located in the eastern part of Webster County. This facility is known as Preston Mill. The Equity funds would be used for road, water and rail improvements to accommodate this privately-held company's expansion to enhance its profitability due to increased foreign competition. This expansion project will create 85 new FTE jobs with a total project cost of $11.3 million.
