ARRA EXPANSION OF BROADBAND INFRASTRUCTURE
By now, I hope that you are aware that through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009, $7.2 billion has been allocated for the expansion of broadband infrastructure and related programs.
